Gene Gilchrist 1.0

After five decades of executive suite experience in university, health care, community service and small business it is time for a second act.  I have enjoyed leadership, management and mentoring, strategy, problem solving and forming effective partnerships for organizations ranging from $3.2 billion to $10 million across government, non-profit and government sectors.  My sense is that we accomplished some things spectacularly well, failed awfully in others, and for the most part did more good than harm.  While there are important accomplishments it is the friends and dear colleagues that I remember fondly.
